D’Arcy Ranch Jr. Golf Lessons
Juniors of all abilities are invited to join this six week
program. Golfers aged 7 to 18 are encouraged to
participate and learn etiquette, basic rules and swing
fundamentals. The classes are designed to provide
instruction, along with plenty of time being allotted to
hitting golf balls. The kids are taught in their own age
groups.
LEVEL I
Basic rules, etiquette and swing fundamentals are
taught. The classes are Sunday afternoons. One
make-up class is scheduled at the end if there are
any cancellations due to inclement weather.

These classes are longer in length and cover the golf swing
fundamentals more thoroughly. Designed for the older juniors.

Review swing plane. Introduce balanced motion which includes weight transfer. The two combined, will give you your distance

Full Swing - It’s time for the first three fundamentals to be combined to give a smooth, strong swing

Putting - Time to lower your score through the proper putting technique

| June 15 |
Chipping & Bunker Shots - Learn the proper technique to get up and down

| June 22 |
Make Up - If any classes were cancelled, this is the day we will make them up

Rules and etiquette are an important part of golf, they will be reviewed and discussed each class.
Inclement Weather: The ProShop will make any decisions on weather at
1:30 p.m. on the day of the lesson. Call 938-4455 for weather inquiries.
Clubs: Cut down clubs with a new junior grip on them are available in the
ProShop. Please come and be fitted in advance of lesson series (not the day
of). All clubs have a cost of $5.00 each.
Club Identification: All clubs and equipment should be tagged with players
name and telephone number. Only bring the club needed for that class.
Driving Range: Juniors are encouraged to practice. All juniors who are
enrolled in the D’Arcy Ranch program are eligible for a 50% discount on
a large bucket of balls. This offer is available whenever the range is open.
Parking Lot Please drive carefully in the parking lot and warn your children
of the dangers of running in the parking lot.
COCA COLA JUNIOR CAMP

This popular 2 day program is sponsored by Coca-Cola. The camp includes
instruction, rules, etiquette and competition. Lunch and prizes will be held
on Day 2, following the mornings activities.
PARENT / JUNIOR NIGHT
Attention Juniors!! A night to bring your parents out to
have fun and play nine holes of golf. An affordable way
for the whole family to golf.
