Cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 60 days in advance
will result in loss of deposit.

All functions will be considered tentative until a deposit of $750.00
is received to secure the booking. Fifty percent is due two weeks in advance,
the balance is due on the day of the function.

Guaranteed numbers must be received no later than 72 business hours in
advance. Should no guarantee number be given, you will be billed for the
initial number or the number served, whichever is greater.

| 4. |
D’Arcy Ranch must provide all food and beverages served at a function.
|
| 5. |
Menus and final details should be made at least TWO (2) WEEKS in advance.
If the attached menu suggestions do not suit your needs, we would be pleased
to design a menu to your specifications.

| 6. |
Provincial liquor laws do not permit the service of alcoholic beverages
prior to 10:00 a.m. and after 1:00 a.m. Monday - Sunday.

| 7. |
Should you require flowers, specific colours of linen, or audio-visual
equipment, we would require fourteen (14) days notice in advance.
|
| 8. |
A gratuity charge of fifteen (15) percent is applicable to all food and
host bars.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed upon
receipt of signed copy of the function sheet.

Confetti or cut-outs (metal or paper) are not permitted in the Clubhouse or parking lot. A clean up charge will apply when this is not adhered to.
Due to fire regulations, open candles on the tables are not allowed.

Room rental will be charged if the food bill (not including GST or Gratuity)
does not exceed $1,000.00. The room rental is $250.00 per room.

Dance floor is available for $150.00. |
